Even with the constantly growing surge of technology in our daily lives, business is very PSYCHOLOGICAL; in sales, in marketing, in customer service, in the management of and all interactions with PEOPLE... so, to have an understanding of psychology and the PRACTICAL TOOLS that go with it, understanding HOW this impacts people’s performance, your own, and by extension that of the organization is the one focus point that makes the difference between good and great companies, between the great ones and the best. Business is very much PERSONAL: it involves the person, in all its aspects, all systems: organizational, groups, teams, colleagues, clients, suppliers, owners, managers, employees, YOU... everyone.
